At the moment I am only able to deliver to people in the Warwick, Leamington, Kenilworth and Southam area (free delivery).
If you would like to order please select from the items below and then send the following details to shop@musicalabc.net
Payment and Delivery
On receipt of your email I will let you know if the item/s you would like is/are in stock. I will then ask how you would like to pay and make arrangements for delivery (daytime delivery only).
Payment either by cash or cheque on receipt of goods (this option is only available if you will be in on delivery or are able to collect from a Musical abc class), or you can pay by credit card with a Paypal Invoice before delivery.
Refunds
I hope that you will be pleased with your Musical abc Puppet Shop purchase.
If you are not 100% satisfied, I will offer a full refund of the original purchase price. Contact me on shop@musicalabc.net 0845 498742 during office hours quoting the order reference number and your full contact details. I will then provide you with the instructions for returning your parcel. You can have a full refund or an exchange. (return postage costs are only refunded for faulty goods)
Your item must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. I can only refund items that are returned in their original condition (with all original labels and tags still attached) and in their original packaging.
Faulty goods
I take great care to ensure that the items I sell are in perfect condition and careful checks are made prior to delivery. Please notify me immediately if you find an item to be faulty. I will then make arrangements with you to return your parcel. You can opt to exchange the product (subject to stock levels) or a full refund will be issued including your return postage costs.
